Norwich 1 - 0 Swindon Town : The Canaries pull off a Swi - By!!
City boss Paul Lambert praised the way his side dug out a vital three points against Swindon yesterday as the Canaries moved up to fifth place in League One.
The Norfolk club deserved their victory but for the second time this week, they showed signs of tiredness in the game's latter stages and when the score stays at 1-0, there is always some degree of anxiety.

Norwich City 0 - 0 Walsall : Canaries fail to take flight!!
Yep like most people I think that was boring to watch, frustrating to witness the constant use of the long ball; hoofing it up to Holt, who was being marked by McDonald a man the size of the jolly Green Giant. The game was crying out for something different; while we seemed devoid of any other ideas.

Norwich City 1 - 0 Brentford : Cup debut win, canaries on song again!!
So after many of seasons laughing with my friends who support Bristol City and Hartlepool, I would myself be able to witness the cup known as the "Johnstones Paint Trophy" and to be honset what a fine game it turned out to be.
This was the very trophy that Luton Town went home with from Wembley in April and given the horrible fate that awaited the fans, it gave them a light at the end of dark tunnel after the season was taken out of the clubs hands by fines and points deduction.

Norwich City 1 - 4 Sunderland - No cup shocks..but food for thought for Lambert!
Lambert said after the game he had learned more from that 90 minutes about his new canaries then Saturday's win over Wycombe.
Lambert was very sure of sugar and spice by trying to mix the team again with youth and experince, in came Doc, Tudur Jones, Hoolahan, Whaley, and the shock debut for Luke Daley 18 years old.

Norwich City 5 - 2 Wycombe - The Canaries take flight
Paul Lambert's reign as Norwich City manager began with another Carrow Road goal feast as his drastically overhauled team scored five times against Wycombe Wanderers to chalk up their first League One victory of the season.
On the opening day of the campaign, Lambert's Colchester had inflicted a shocking 7-1 home defeat on the Canaries, and he engineered another handsome victory in his first game in charge after making no fewer than six changes from the midweek defeat at Brentford.

Is Paul Lambert the right man for the job?
Brentford 2 - 1 Norwich City : 2nd Class half city!!
It was a poor 2nd half performence that shot the canaries down at griffin park, it must give new manager Paul Lambert something to think about going forward into Saturday.
A long throw like a weapon of power from David Hunt un locked the frail canaries after 50 minutes Ryan Dickson jumping above the flock of canaries to rocket in off his head.

Canaries happy as Lamb!!!
Paul Lambert was today introduced as the new Norwich City Manager, after re signing from his position at Colchester Utd.
The former U's manager agreed to take the hotseat late last night, not through the chairman fighting to keep him at the community ground.
He will bring former city player Ian Culverhouse as his number 2, this could yet be part of former canarie set up!!

Yeovil 0 - 4 Norwich City
Yeovil 0 - 4 Norwich City : Holt gives three of the best to the canaries cause!!
The league cup was never more important as it would turn out to be this year.
After the calamity of the colchester game people worlwide, not just city fans would like for signs of pride from the canaries, or as Gunn put it " a reaction from the lads".
Norwich City 1 - 7 Colchester Utd : Canaries Gunned down
So much hope was present from the canarie long suffering supporters before kick off, this would quickley turn into disappear within the first 22 minutes of the first home game of the season.
At 2pm on Saturday no one could have seen what would happen to Gunnys masterplan?! Who would the canraries had come through pre season un beaten, our back four looked like solid rock, we were odds on with Bet Fair to return to championship within one season, where did it all go wrong? Good question.
