The Future Underground Show
Jonezy and Nick Bowman host a weekly show here every Saturday night from 8-10 pm, featuring the latest upfront house music, techno, electronica and prog.
Jonezy is known to most as the DJ half of the Rhythm Punkz, but also as a DJ in his own right playing gigs in and around Norwich for promotors such as Overdose, PHunky, Groove Establishment, Elev-8 etc, and as far away as Poland, Slovenia, and China.
On The Beat
On The Beat is presented by two PCSOs – Catherine Lowe and Daniel Chilvers. Between them they have nearly 15 years of experience working for Norfolk Constabulary, and are uniquely positioned to educate and inform listeners on issues of crime prevention and the latest news from the Norfolk Police. Regular features will include ‘Name and Shame’ – where convicted criminals are exposed, and live calls to officers who are patrolling the streets.
Sporting Brunch
Every Saturday at 11am Future Radio's unique sports show goes on air covering local, national and international sporting events, featuring interviews and studio guests from the world of sport.

The Sound Of The Suburbs
Take a Journey of Sound! Every Saturday morning Paul Burn takes you on a 2 hour retro ride from the Punk and New Wave explosion of the late 70s through the 80s to the Britpop invasion of the mid 90s. Covering everything from the Stranglers to Sleeper along the way.There's also great ticket giveaways for the ever popular 80's & 90's club nights at the Waterfront every week.
