Mike Stonard talks to Brendan Playford of Crush Foods, producer of a locally produced cold-pressed rapeseed oil, which in rich in Omega 3 and 6, has a very high boiling point and has been described as "Norfolk's answer to olive oil" - but with only half the fat content.
