Curtain Up season at The Garage

From gritty urban thrillers to the finest contemporary Hip Hop, The Garage announces a brand new professional performance season - Curtain Up!

In an exciting new development, this autumn will see The Garage present the first of two pilot seasons of professional performance and theatre from some of the country's best young people's theatre companies.

Supported by Arts Council East and the Lankelly Chase Foundation, Curtain Up! will very much be lead by the young people who use The Garage. "It's an important development for us," says Darren Grice, Executive Director. "We're looking to make The Garage a regional leader for the presentation of work for, by and with young people."
