When a Stroke Strikes

Mike Stevens talks to Neil Chapman, Assistant Regional Manager of the Stroke Association, about recognising the signs of experiencing a stroke. Also in the studio are Peter, a stroke survivor and his wife Patricia.

Mike also talks to local author Nick Wisby about his experience of of living with his father for 28 years after he suffered a debilitating stroke. His account is movingly described in his book 'What are you thinking of, Dad?'
