Red Balloon Learner Centres

Mike Stevens talks to Angela Francis from the Norwich Red Balloon Learner Centre. The Centre is one of many throughout the UK with the purpose of helping children who have been bullied at school to continue their education. With her was Samuel a 16 year old who talks about his own experiences and what Red Balloon has done for him.
