Ritika Gupta visits the Garage and reports on a Youth Music Event all part of the 2012 Cultural Olympiad.

Will Wilson talks Louisa Theobald and Dan McKee who are performing at an evening of acoustic music and comedy at Casitor Hall on August 1st which aims to raise money for Future Projects. Sam Coe is the organiser and also talks to Will.

Mark Bond Webster brings us this months Norfolk New Writing Forum and talks 2 local authors whose work had recenlty been published by the Gateway Press.

Will Wilson brings us news on what's on soon in Norwich and we hear from local band Arcadia Lake.
