Walking from Ludham Bridge

By Mike Stevens - Posted on 10 December 2009

Mike Stevens talks to Sue Walker of the Ramblers Association about a walk along the Norfolk Broads from Ludham Bridge.

This walk is published in the Evening News dated 11th December 2009

PLEASE NOTE: We have been asked to point out that anyone following this walk should make a slight change to the route in the map and published in the Evening News. Ludham Bridge boatyard is private property and there is no public right of way through it. There are also Health and Safety implications to consider. From the site of the Abbey take a right turn, away from the river. This track is clearly marked and this route will take you back to the main road where you should turn left to return to the starting point at Ludham Bridge.

When walking on the Broads please keep to marked paths which are either 'rights of way' or have been granted 'limited access' for walkers. We need to respect the ownership of private property and the preservation of the landscape.
