I use to love "listening again" to your shows on a tuesday as my reception at work was not good...... Please bring back the facility of listening again or leave a list of what songs were played (both shows inc disco_not_disco).

Thank you.....

Hello,
You can grab my old playlists via www.disconotdisco.co.uk and if you do a search on iTunes for disco_not_disco there's normally a few old shows to download.
Thanks

A thought for the day;

Recent events have set me thinking of the seemingly random nature the course of
our lives can take.

Earlier this year a friend of mine found he had a family of fox cubs living in
his garden. They were small, fluffy and cute but soon found they could cut their
new teeth on every plant in his garden, of which he was very proud, leaving it
looking like the Gobi desert.

But, despite his dismay, the young foxes moved on to find their own way without
their mother. In time the plants grew back. The garden recovered.

Around the same time the same friend lost his job. With his new found time he
began to ponder on the course his life would take. Should he continue on the
same path? Should he take a different path? At the time of writing that new path
is not apparent but my friend is optimistic.

How are these two events linked? The foxes and the lost job? Well, the garden
growing back has shown my friend that despite setbacks life finds a way to
rejuvenate, although at first all may seem lost. With this in mind I would say
that even when there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel there is a
way through. Of course you cannot sit back and wait for change to find you, but
with a positive attitude and a little effort circumstances which at first seem
impossible can be changed. Life has a habit of taking us on unexpected paths.

As Sam Cooke sang “I know a change is gonna come, oh yes it will”

Keep the faith people.
