Future Projects runs Level 1 Foundation Diploma in Digital Music Production!

Future Projects will be running a level 1 foundation diploma in digital music production aimed at 16-18 year olds with low skills/qualifications from our community base in Motum Road, Norwich. The course will be managed by our professional, friendly team of tutors and music industry professional between 3rd December 2012 and 17th July 2013.

The course is ideal for anyone with an interest in producing music and;

  • Has found conventional school qualifications, such as GCSEs, to be unsuitable;
  • Is not currently in, or looking to return to education, training or employment
  • Has a real passion for the creation and production of music

The course includes elements of functional skills, personal development and music production and offers progression opportunities to Level 2 Access to Music courses, GCSEs, apprenticeships or employment.

Christmas 2012 on Future Radio

 

This Christmas on Future Radio we'll be running a mixed schedule with lots of different seasonal shows you can check out.

There'll be opportunities to hear specially recorded one off shows by some of our regular presenters, and also the chance to listen again to certain highlights from the last year - including some of our radio dramas, and Christmas stories.

Highlights include:

Christmas Day

6am - 7am - Steve Burnham playing 60s classics and xmas favourites,

9am - 12pm - Toby Newton presents a live 3 hour show - contact the studio for your Xmas requests!

12pm - 2pm - Christmas with the Wilson's! Will Wilson presents a Xmas Special, along with his wife Kate.

3pm - 4pm - the Future 50 @ 5 with Chris Bennett, the start of a countdown of the 50 most played artists on Future Radio since 2007.

6pm - 7pm - Sundazed, a festive hour-long special of our our show for young readers.

Boxing Day

9am - 12pm - Toby Newton returns to present a Boxing Day Xmas special

1pm - 2pm - Jasmine & Alfie - Jasmine from Future radio's Norwich Today show presents a one-off show with her young son Alfie.

3pm - 4pm - the Future 50 @ 5 with Chris Bennett, continues.

5pm - 6pm - Episode II , our Sunday film-show, reviews the best films of 2012.

His most recent show How To Be A Leader, appeared at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2011.
