NCFC Shirt Competition (& other business)

Hello All,

Sorry it's been so long, I got caught up in being off work for 3 days over the weekend and coming back to a couple of weeks worth of catching up (perhaps an over exageration). But i'm here now, and here to tell you that on Friday's Breakfast Show I'm giving away a Norwich City football shirt signed by the squad to a lucky listener, listen from 7.45am!

In other news, I tried Skype for the first time yesterday, how brilliant is that? Anyone with an internet connection - it's a great alternative to using a phone!

Tonight i'm playing football for the first time since injuring my knee last May. I tend to play in goal, so if I sound injured (perhaps sucking air through my teeth frequently) tomorrow morning, you know what i've done! I'm confident i'll be back to my goal-stopping best in no time.
