the pace is hotting up on the film of Norwich's Titanic . I now have a camera, a story and names for the leading characters. They will be called Posh Totty and Bohemian Hunk. Bohemian Hunk will tell Posh Totty of his dream to have bright blue recycling bins on the streets of norwich-bearing in mind this is the '80s on a bus that goes through the Golden Triangle, this will strike Posh Totty as pure fantasy.
I have a persion with a recording studio looking into adapting the Bernard Cribbins song Digging this Hole to sound like a Duran Duran song-perfect to replace the hymn Nearer My God to Thee performed by the string quartet as the ship sinks.
All offers of any help apart form money will be acepted and incorporated into the production.
I now have a camera and a leading man and lady cast for the Norwich Titanic film. See my previous entry 25 2 09 for more info. I still want to find a sit-and ride double decker bus toy and will be scouting the location for this scene later today. Translation: I'm off to check the Earlham precinct puddle. Someone pointed out that the owners might fix the drains before I shoot the scene. The car park is owned by the private sector, so I don't think there's any worry about that.
This is me trying to write a blog without a grownup to help.
Listening to Toby, conscious that I haven't found any Viknig music for Terry, arranging to meet Barry to become a guest at a later date.
I have agreed to go without tv for a week with my mate Vic. This will affect my film intake-possibly I will get more dvds out of the library, and maybe I'll listen to more new music. But most likely I won't be able to go a whole week without the gogglebox so I will feel guilty about watching it.
I am 52 this Thurs and will go to the Seaside with Lucy. She plays violin in the Red Herrings and hardly ever gets to the flicks so if she can help with the shopw it will be tangential to any central theme I may get round to.
Saw 2 bands this weekend. The Ing Ongs were in a tent off Grapes Hill and Cruising for a Bluesing were down the Eaton Cottage. Must get both to guest on my show.
